**Please be aware we are offering telehealth services
for new PATIENTS and MANY existing patients during the coronavirus concern**
FOR IN PERSON SESSIONS WE ARE TAKING THE FOLLOWING precautions RELATED to COVID-19 virus to make sure our patients and staff continue to stay safe.
We ARE staggerING appointment times to ensure people are not in the office at the same time.
Please remain in your car until your clinician calls to let you know the appointment is ready to begin. We ask that you provide the phone number you would like us to call. Please leave siblings and family members not participating in the appointment at home. If due to child care limitations you need to bring siblings please plan to remain in the car with the siblings during the appointment and the clinician will come down to pick up your child from the car.
Your clinician will have you and your child wash your hands before beginning the session.
Please make sure to bring masks and follow CDC guidelines.
We will continue to follow CDC guidelines including extra cleaning precautions. The inner play area will remain closed and there will not be toys or magazines in the main waiting room. Please plan to bring something to occupy your child in the main waiting room if you will be checking in with the clinician without your child.
In addition, we will be waiving the cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled due to potential illnesses or concerns related to the COVID-19 virus.
We appreciate your cooperation as we do our best to meet everyone's needs and keep everyone safe.
