We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring effective client services within the office environment.
The ideal candidate should have impeccable people-skills, including a calm and kind demeanor
with the ability to manage a variety of personalities and moods in a sensitive mental health
environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Complete phone screenings for incoming clients
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff and team members
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation and shredding
- Efficiently manage schedules and calendars for therapy appointments and meetings
- Organize files
- Provide billing and invoice coordination
- Assist in administrative onboarding of new staff
- Score assessment measures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical/legal office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination
- Calm and kind personality with the ability to manage a variety of mood and challenges as they arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Expected hours: between 35 to 40 hours, depending on the needs of the candidate
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Day shift- with some evenings until 6 PM

Parent and Child Psychological Services of Sarasota provides high quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families using largely Evidence-Based Treatments (EBTs).
